Brian Foster

Brian founded Foster Executive Search in 2017. During his 28 year career in talent acquisition he developed a broad network that spans multiple industries and domains with deep connections in Financial Services, Insurance, Management Consulting and Healthcare industries. 

Brian led talent acquisition departments and teams at several prominent firms including: NTT DATA, Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group(CG) and Premier Inc. While at CG, he led a team that hired over 2,000 people over a 7-year period, while contributing to a culture that obtained Best Places to Work status for multiple years. 

Brian brings a sincere and personalized approach to the recruiting process that is predicated on connecting people and building long lasting relationships.
